The person working today was the only one working during her shift. Made drinks that were ordered online, handled the drinks that people would place through the self serve pay kiosk AND continue to take orders from everyone else who wanted to place an order at the front cash. As someone who’s worked as a bartender, this is pretty equivalently hard and she handled it so well. I swear there was 10 people inside this establishment. She handled all 10 people while perfectly making my favorite bubble tea. While they should probably staff more people for peak rush hour orders, she handled it as if she were two. She deserves a raise or a management position. Handled her self well and with grace.
