I recently tried the Chole Bhature, Amritsari Naan, and Aloo Puri at Chatkora’s, and everything was absolutely delicious. The Chole Bhature was perfectly prepared—the bhature were soft, fluffy, and fresh, while the chole had authentic Punjabi flavors with just the right balance of spices. The Amritsari Naan was stuffed generously, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor. The Aloo Puri was equally impressive, served hot with a tasty potato curry that felt just like homemade comfort food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Chatkora AlderGrove Indian Restaurant and honestly, it was a really pleasant experience. The place is neat, clean, and has a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. The food tasted fresh and had that authentic Indian flavor you actually look for—nothing felt overly artificial or rushed. I especially liked how well-balanced the spices were, not too heavy but still full of taste. Service was smooth and friendly as well. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and how customers feel. Also, the pricing is quite reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re craving good Indian food in the area. Definitely worth trying, and I’d happily go back again.
