Looking for takeaways near us whilst on holiday. Telephone call and asked politely if they delivered to caravan park. Very rude and tone of voice was vile. Proceeded to slam phone down. Fortunately I had my phone on speakerphone and i was able to give my children who heard the conversation and also were shocked. Was able to provide them with a lesson on how not to speak to people due to your rudeness. Manner cost nothing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order for a simple meal — a pizza and a chicken burger. Over an hour later, not a single update or delivery in sight. I eventually called to find out what was happening, only to be told they couldn’t even provide a time frame for delivery. Seriously? Never in my life have I experienced service this poor from a fast food company. It’s a pizza and a burger, not a five-course meal. Waiting over an hour — with zero communication or accountability — is absolutely unacceptable. Fast food? More like no food. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your time and your patience.
