Waited in line over 30min just to be able to order, and then the A.I kept trying to asked me for my order, when my car wasnt even pulled up to the speaker yet, like im supposed to shout my order down the lane , wasnt able to pull up because the other cars were not pulled up all the way, then i ordered the double sourdough melt, the nastiest burger ever!! soggy yellow tasteless bread, 2 rubber dried out patties and a single slither of onion, smothered in a runny watery fake cheese sauce, disgusting Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Kayla, the AI ordering system shouldn't trigger until you're actually at the speaker box and a 30 minute wait is far too long. We're going to look into this right away and will continue improving to ensure the food comes out fresh and correctly prepared. Feel free to reach out to us at https://checkers.com/contact

What’s happening with the crappie service and attitude these employees have! And what’s with the swarm of flying ants on the pickup lane! I couldn’t even open my window! First they tell me someone already picked up my order. What? What BS is that! Then after waiting and waiting going back and forth, the order was right there by the window! What incompetent and sorry humans work there . Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
