I want to give credit to where credit is due. I came here on a Monday night very late and there was a black woman working the store taking orders and handing out the food. She was absolutely awesome!! She took my milkshake order correctly and gave me service with a smile. I will be coming here now to Checkers at 2881 Mt Ephraim Ave whenever I'm in the area and need to eat. Thank you.

Imagine waiting ALL DAY since breakfast to eat because your job had you so busy , only to be beyond disappointed by the meal you finally eat. To my demise , I decided to stop by Checkers on my way home from New Jersey after a long stressful day , I strangely had an urge for some Checkers food and one of their “Iconic” milkshakes I haven’t been to checkers in over a year due to how BAD the overall experience became going to ANY Checkers/Rally’s store. For starters, the store seemed a bit busy so I was prepared to have to be EXTREMELY patient waiting for it’s only 3 employees on the floor to attend to my order.. I placed an ONLINE order 7 minutes prior to my arrival it took them over 30 MINUTES to complete my TINY order while I watched multiple door dash orders get completed and picked up as I stood their hungrily. RIDICULOUS. FINALLY I lost my patience and said something to the employee only for him to be surprised that order been sitting on their counter over 10 MINUTES as I stood there and they said nothing. I was SO HYPE to indulge in one of my favorite items on their menu, the STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE. . . Boy Was I DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. With most companies in this economy , they have been cutting down size & quality of their products. This milkshake tasted DISGUSTING, NOTHING like what I remember the ironic checkers strawberry milkshake tasting like. I was so hype and felt the since of nostalgia just being there only to be severely upset after tasting what I would describe as Strawberry Medicine , SO DISAPPOINTED. I will NEVER be returning to any checkers, y’all had 1 CHANCE. UPDATE: I was SO pissed once I got home and noticed this as well.. how do your forget TARTAR SAUCE on a Fish Sandwhich?? An this is a corporate run store.. Are y’all serious ? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Daysha is a great manager with a positive attitude. She’s super friendly and helpful to customers. She made sure everything that we got was extremely fresh and well made. Even with having to wait a few extra minutes, I didn’t even mind. She deserves a raise ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
