Love the enthusiasm! It's awesome to know we're your go to spot whenever you're around Charleston. There's nothing quite like pulling in for a fresh batch of fries even when you aren't all that hungry. Thanks for the loyal support!

Not a fan of automated voice on taking your order. Then the person at the window got rude because we took a minute to check the order; there were no other cars in line. Burgers were good, just rude people. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the service at this Checkers. Almost every time I come here, my order is wrong. They either hand you the food quickly or make you pull around and wait, so by the time you check everything, it’s already messed up. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it came with only one patty and no cheese. I also asked for no ketchup, and they still put ketchup on it. My hot dog was supposed to be all the way, but it came plain. The quality of service and attention to orders is poor, and the experience is consistently frustrating. I’d recommend avoiding this location and going to the Checkers off Ashley Phosphate instead much better service and they actually get orders right. Definitely not the impression we want to leave, Tasha. You should always receive the right orders and get fantastic service at Checkers. We will continue to improve our service so this won't happen again. Can you reach out to us at https://checkers.com/contact? We'd certainly appreciate it. Thank you!
