Myanna did not listen to us when we said no bacon. I cannot eat bacon due to dietary reasons. We came back and she had an attitude and was laughing in our faces, not even apologizing. Said she was the manager but couldn't answer our questions before and said she only worked on the weekends? She was also talking badly about us to her coworkers. She made us give our food back(some of it being bitten) when we asked for it to be remade due to it getting cold driving back to the store. Ultimately I asked for a refund because of her rudeness. She could have killed someone due to her incompetence had I been severely allergic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online through the checkers app. When I got to the store they had no idea there was an online order. When they pulled up my order they stated they gave it to someone else and refuses to remake my order. The manager said I needed to go through the app when there is no support option within the app. I called corporate and they said I cannot get a refund until the manager calls me within 3-4 days. And if he doesn't call, then I have to call back from them to eventually process the refund. I will never come to this location again after the incompetence of the management and crew.
