We did an online order, and never received our order. I asked the black lady who was in charge to look and make sure our order went through but she refused to look at my phone. I really like checkers food but that lady was very rude. Service: 1

The cashier was very friendly but I was disappointed that I wanted the special double sourdough burgers but couldn't because they didn't have sourdough bread so had to order big Bufords which was twice the cost but food was good. We have to drive to Muskegon from white cloud so it was a little disappointing to drive that far to not be able to get what we wanted. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
