We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order but no one ever came. We went to the window and saw no one in the store. There was one car in the parking lot and there was someone in it. We went around 12:40 p.m. on 7/2/2026.

Went to get something to eat on lunch last week. No one ever took our order. Pulled up to the window, saw somebody inside but they turned and walked away. Today I go back with a coupon my daughter received from her school. They wouldn't even take my order. Said I had to call checkers and have the coupon linked to my phone number even though the coupon said nothing about that. I called checkers customer service and they told me this was unnecessary, that it should be redeemed at the store. I told the lady behind the counter this but she said they were mistaken. Everytime I've been here the last six months there's been an issue and although I like checkers food, I will not be returning to this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
