I came here all the way from Marion MS. I wish l would have called first, but when l arrived, they claim the machi n es were down She did not offer a time it would be back u and running or anything else. Then, as l started pulling off, l looked and saw them outside laughing and chatting. Ridiculous!

Bath was broken. I was going to go while my order was being made. The food was good. Both workers were very polite and professional. I had planned to sit outside, and enjoy my food while not on the run, something I rarely am able to do. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not really sure what went wrong here. Checkers used to be pretty solid, but today the chicken tasted a bit like chemicals, just really not edible. The mozzarella sticks are great, but of course, they forgot my marinara sauce. Wait times aren’t great for the food quality, expect to be sitting around for about 10 minutes for (at best) subpar food, even during non-peak hours. However, I think this fact should be blamed on Checkers corporate being cheapskates and not wanting to schedule more than 2 employees to work at a time. Hell, until recently, they had some lame AI chatbot doing the order-taking. Basically, Checkers needs to fix their chicken recipe and hiring practices (or lack thereof). I only gave 3 stars because the few people that *are* working here are very nice. The marinara sauce being forgotten is a small blunder I can forgive, and the chicken tasting bad and wait times being a bit long is a corporate issue.
