Once we were seated, we waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to bring menus and get our drink orders. Almost 20 minutes later, we finally got them, and the restaurant wasn't even full. All of the silverware was dirty and had to be replaced, we waited 15 minutes just for clean silverware. Our waitress seemed like she was high. By the time we got to eat, most of the food was cold. I had the Grilled Shrimp Alfredo. The shrimp was good, but the noodles were cold, the broccoli was hard, and the alfredo sauce was nasty. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills. Will not visit here again. Would not recommend! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I've enjoyed the ambiance of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for several years now, so I continue to patronize their business. The staff is always pleasant and polite, the food is good, and they have a nice variety of adult beverages if you choose to indulge. The restaurants are clean, which is a big plus these days, and it has a nice family atmosphere.
