Never going to Cheddar's scratch kitchen ever again. I had probably the worst food that I've ever had. We got sat down our waiter took 30 minutes to get to us and they only got to us because we told them that we had gotten up and told the hostess we have been waiting 30 minutes (after clicking the alert button on the tablet 3 times). And then after that they preceded to take another 30 minutes for our burgers. Our burgers came back both somehow over well done I ordered medium rare and they got my girlfriends order burnt aswell (how do you over char a charred burger) our entire Burger was burnt it tasted like it had been on fire. I sent mine back I said that I wanted medium rare and then they sent back a medium well Burger still with char around it. We then got my girlfriends order taken back not even wanting another one at all because it was that bad. We then got offered a Free dessert it looked great it was a monster sized cookie with chocolate and vanilla ice cream on top with basically an entire Sunday on top as well we got to the cookie everything is good. I then hit the cookie and it feels like I my name is sisyphus and im burdened with a impossible task. breaking through the cookie. At the end they wanted us to pay $76 we then said is that the correct price and only at that time had they lowered the price to $38. Genuinely we had darksied from DC cooking our food. This was the underworld special. This came straight from the depths of genuine Hades. The anger of young kratos imbued in our chef and his spatula. Cooking nothing but blasphemy to chef Cheddar's heritage. I expect their kitchen to look like a crematory. I don't even know if I can put this on a scale on 0 to 10 or any number that is recognizable to the English language except stay away. Interior looked cool though. Will write a review again when I go back probably next year. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Oh wow, Jay! It sounds like you didn't have the Cheddar's experience you should've had. This isn't what we're usually about so we'd like to help address this with our team. Please email us at guestrelations@cheddars.com with your name/handle, phone number, and your receipt (if you still have it).

The food was very good but problem is with the bread. They brought out croissants with a sugar coating on them and when I asked for more bread, I was told that the first ones was on them and if I wanted more I would have to pay $1.99 for two. This the first place I've been that they charge for bread. I most likely will not be returning there.
