This entire platter was spectacular ! I will most definitely be back for great food, drinks, and service! Cheddar's scratch kitchen on South mopac and William Cannon... Broken 3 foot door to the fish tank, leaving fish tank apparatus exposed. Very insightly. First thing you see when you walk in! For the past 3 weeks there has been a stall out of order in the women's restroom and now there is another one. Paper towel holder keeps falling off the wall. NOW, No one seems to care what falls on the floor and no one knows what a hand-push roller brush sweeper is. The floors always seem filthy and cluttered with fallen food!!! No one seems to know what their jobs are or unwilling to do anymore than what they're paid to do! Lately, there has been an extra long wait for food coming out of the kitchen. Also, this last meal was not up to usual standards. I believe this is a failure on management. Management has not made it clear to busboys that their responsibility includes the floors. Management has not properly reported repairs which are bordering on safety hazards and health standards!!! If the dining room has this appearance it can only be frightfully imagined what is going on in the kitchen!!!! I don't think I have ever been disappointed in the wait staff. They have always been neat, clean, courteous, expedient and efficient. I hope this complaints change because I do have a choice where I choose to lunch!!
