This place doesn't deserve the bad reviews it has! Most of them are from right when they opened anyway. Deborah was a fantastic waitress and the food was super yummy. We got the salmon and white fish and both were full of flavor and perfectly seasoned.

Our server Emily Ruby is the absolute best. She was very patient and kind. She answered all our questions with a smile and checked on us regularly. I appreciate her hospitality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

As the Activities Director for a senior living community, I regularly organize dine-out events and work with local restaurants to bring groups of 15–20 residents to support businesses in our area. In my experience, most restaurants are happy to work with us and help make the experience enjoyable for our residents. I contacted Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in advance to discuss bringing a group of seniors for our Dinner Club. Unfortunately, I was told by a manager that they would not accommodate the group and that I would need to call 30 minutes before arrival or have someone show up earlier than expected arrival. When I asked whether calling ahead would guarantee seating for our residents at the time their arriving, I was unable to get a clear answer. I explained that our residents are 55+ and that I was trying to plan ahead to ensure a positive experience for them. Some can’t stand for long periods, some are temperature sensitive and can’t be out in the sun waiting. I also shared that successful visits often lead to repeat business from our residents outside of the organized club as well as repeat visit for our dine out dinner club. Despite this, I felt my concerns were dismissed and that there was little interest in working with us. Which leaves me to never put them back on our list to visit. I am posting this review based solely on my experience attempting to coordinate the visit. I will update my review after hearing feedback from the residents regarding their actual dining experience.
