I went to this restaurant and the food was amazing. The vibe was incredible. I just was in my own world. It took 30 minutes in this restaurant before my brain reminded me that I had just left Cheddar's scratch kitchen because it was gross. That's how amazing the other place was, so much that I actually had forgotten until I picked up my phone and remembered oh that's right, I was just at that place and it was disgusting. Unlike me, I was so frustrated with this place that I actually counted how many dirty glasses there were in the bar area between the top of the bar and the lower part and the bar across. 36 dirty glasses. A margarita in the service bar that has been sitting there for at least a good 10 to 12 minutes. Dirty plates everywhere. Gnats and flies. And just general grossness. No. And I'm sorry but if that's okay, like if you can let that be there for 30 or 60 or 90 minutes, then I don't trust what's happening back in the kitchen. There is no way that 36 dirty glasses and many dirty plates were only sitting there for like 10 minutes. I have worked in the bars, I have managed in the restaurants, I know. Y'all don't know how often I be seeing this kind of thing. But I don't normally say it like this because honestly, I'm not trying to bring the house down on anyone. I'm not trying to throw people under the bus. But this is too much my friend. Too much. But in case you guys don't believe, I find your lack of faith disturbing. I have photos to prove it. Why should I share them? Because when I worked in restaurants, we couldn't get away with this nonsense. But it's okay I'm not trying to make you pay for the things that I had to go through when I was younger. Now I bring my kids to the restaurant. And I'm here to tell you, all these Valley restaurants are a little too spoiled. Thinking they can do whatever they want. Thinking their managers can be mediocre... thinking that what no one notices? Wrong and the only way y'all will straighten up is if somebody put you on blast. I aint going back. Yall need to send ALL your staff to Yard House to learn how to act right. So. Stand notified.
