Reservations are highly recommended, especially on Fridays and weekends. A major advantage for families is the dedicated kids' play area, allowing parents to relax and enjoy their evening while children are entertained. The main drawback is the long waiting time for food and drinks on busy nights. Improved staffing during peak hours would significantly enhance the overall experience.
