Unfortunately, the staff is boorish as a number of guests note. Service at this bar is something one can call prompt. Enjoy the exotic atmosphere here. But Cheers is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Jessica and yulia are the best! Being in another country they make this place feel like home. The whole crew is awesome. If you’re visiting I highly recommend making a stop here for great vibes and a fun time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re in American village STAY CLEAR of this place. Waited an hour and a half for food, didn’t get half of it, and then when it came out the waitress covered my bf in ranch. Like I understand the American staff is in the armed forces but goddamn our waitress was clueless. Charged us for extra food we didn’t order and had to literally beg for a receipt after trying 3 times. Music was also wayyyy too loud and we all left with a headache. Go literally anywhere else PLEASE Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
