My partner and I ate at Cheese on July 21st 2026. We are from Rehovot and we were staying at Nofey Gonen Holiday Village. We were looking for a place for dinner and we came across Cheese. No words can express how wonderful everything was. From the servers who answered all our questions, to the music, in English, which was so nostalgic for me, to some of the most incredible food ever! The polenta was to die for. The sauteed mushroom and the parmesan on top. Perfection in a bowl. The pizza came out a sI asked...extra crispy, My partner had the forel, (trout), with gnocchi, that just melted on the tongue. The lemon and pistachio tart? Scrumptious! And then to top it off, a gift from the sous chef, Maxim...truly maxim...ceviche with a lime mint sauce, creme fresh and a little challah twist. That is a keeper on the menu! All I can say is run to Cheese, not walk, and you will also enjoy ourselves as we did. Cheers to Cheese! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
