The restaurant itself is very nice looking. The pick up order was messed up and I was missing an item and didn't realize till I got home because when I was Parked at the restaurant, I counted the boxes which were 4 And I ordered 4 items so I thought everything was there and drove home. When I got home and took the boxes out of the bag, I realize the one order of Cajun shrimp is actually packaged separately from the bread (2 boxes, 1item) so I was missing an actual item of brie cheeese. I haven't ordered from this place in so long because the last time they messed up my order and I had such a problem having resolution although they said they would resolve it, the refund never came. Since it's been a while, I decided to give them another chance and they messed it up again. It's kind of weird how you order from places and they always seem to miss items but they never seem to give you extra items By mistake unless of course somebody else got my brie cheese order. The manager was very nice, but we will see if I get a refund in the coming days. It's beyond frustrating when you spend over $100 somewhere and you waste your gas to give this company business for them to just mess up your order and then they all have the nerve to ask for a tip. What are we tipping for when we're not even getting the food that we paid for? It's like our hard work and hard earned money don't matter to these corporations. Then the time you spent on the phone when you're supposed to be enjoying your meal and nobody seems to care. OK, a refund is great but now you're not compensating me for the time loss that I'm spending on the phone and the trust I put in your company to get my order right. Even the Coupons on the website don't work and there's some DoorDash discount that doesn't even work after I've set up my DoorDash account with them. It's just all a mess with this company and I know it's a very busy location, but they could at least try to compensate in another way for my time that I've lost having to call them for their error while I'm supposed to be enjoying my meal with my family. Of course, the refund takes days as well, yet the transaction was immediately taken from my bank account. In addition, most of their food is fried food so it's not really a place that I would suggest anybody eat all the time. It's overpriced and overrated and overhyped on so many levels. I have Cheesecake Rewards and yet there's no Rewards at all, but just apologies for missing food. "Thank you for spending your money here so we can mess up your order and then take days to give you your money back" . Such great Customer Service. Another reason to cook/eat at home. Save your money and gas and time and frustration for things that are more important than greedy Corporate America. Is nobody checking the pick up bags here for accuracy? I was supposed to pick up my food at 11:45 AM and actually didn't even get there till like 12:30 figuring I'll give them extra time to get everything together and it was still wrong. Smh. We have been to many Cheesecake Factory locations, and this was by far the worst service experience we have ever had. Accumulation of poor service and dismissive, rude behavior from the server, especially when we had a baby and an elderly birthday guest with us. Despite making a reservation well in advance, we were made to wait, which we understood given how busy this location usually is. However, once seated, the service continued to be disappointing. We had a baby with us and were not offered a high chair. When we asked, we were first given a small booster-style seat without any belts. After requesting an actual high chair, we were given one with food still all over it, which we ended up cleaning ourselves. Unfortunately, the experience got worse with our server, who was consistently grumpy, aggressive in the way she was talking to us and dismissive. It was my mom's birthday, and when I asked if we could have some ice cream to celebrate, there was no acknowledgment or even a basic courtesy, just a very dismissive attitude and body language. No water was offered. When we asked for it, water came after so much waiting. The food came first and the drink that I ordered came much after. By the time she came with the dessert menu, we decided to simply check out. A busy restaurant is understandable; making customers feel unwelcome is not. And if you call yourself a family restaurant then train your staff to be considerate towards babies and elderly. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in

I visited The Cheesecake Factory on a Saturday evening, and as expected, it was extremely busy. There were no regular tables available, so we decided to sit on the bar stools instead. We had to wait quite a while before anyone came to take our order, but after speaking with one of the servers, who was polite and helpful, we were finally able to place it. The drinks arrived fairly quickly, and the food didn't take too long considering how packed the restaurant was. As for the food itself, I found it to be average. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't anything particularly. Given how busy the restaurant was, I can understand that the kitchen was under a lot of pressure, which may have affected the overall quality. One thing that really stands out is the impressive selection of desserts. There are plenty of cheesecakes and other sweet treats to choose from, so dessert lovers will definitely find something they enjoy. Overall, I had a decent experience. The initial wait for service was frustrating, but things improved after we were able to place our order. If the prices were a little lower and the food quality was a bit more consistent, I think the overall experience would be much better. I would still consider visiting again, especially to try more of the desserts.
