I ordered for pickup today, we called at 3pm , they provided a time frame of 5pm for pick up, then we call them back before 5pm to confirm the pick up but they ask for 30 to 45 mins then we agree. Before arriving , we tried to call and text them but they’re not responding . Then now 6:30pm its almost 3 hours passed then our order is still not ready. I want to express my disappointment and frustration to your front staff , she’s very rude, I tried to ask the status of my order , but she’s not responding, for the second time asking her she’s even not answering me, so I attempt to cancel the order instead, then suddenly she calls me that my order is ready, she sarcastically answered that my order is ready, that I should be thankful that its now ready, i asked for the qr code or gcash number for payment, then she rudely dropped the paper containing the gcash number, I was disappointed and upset by her disrespectful attitude. All of us love the pizzas they make. By all of us, I mean me and my friends. For an affordable pizza, it has a good taste. It does take a while, but its only a small thing to pay for the cheap price, and it wouldn't be that much of a problem if you're patient enough. Have bought multiple times on delivery and would keep buying. Price per person: ₱1,000–1,500 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
