If you want a hot and real meal, then Chef Colus is a good place to start. The food is fresh and thoughtful, and the service is the same. Didn't know what I was in for walking in. It looks like just a bar and a little hole in the wall feel. But there is a dining room the back, and it's comfortable enough. The food is homemade and not a bunch of reheat and eat products that I could do at home. I had a burger, and it really hit the spot. Was just the price of the fast food places around hot and cooked to my liking. This place is far and away the best in town. Thank you Ms! Sincerely appreciate your giving us the opportunity. We are family owned and operated and firmly believe in homemade. Our cheeseburger is a good example of what we try to produce everyday; homemade bun (we took what we liked from the brioche, bagel, pretzel buns available and made our own), hand patted half-pound never frozen ground chuck, cheddar or the best Swiss (it melts and tastes "Swissy") or my favorite, habanero jack that's NOT too hot nor jalapeno bitter and veggies as fresh as we can find. And cooked to order. Hope you tried our fries, we don't grow'em but we cut them fresh daily. Again, thank you Ms for your time and consideration. Steve and Girls
