Based on my experience, the customer service response was very poor. I contacted them since last night for an order request and was told I would receive a reply the next morning, but I did not get any response. Even after following up, the message was seen but not replied to. This delay and lack of communication is very disappointing, especially when timely service is expected. I would not recommend them for urgent or online delivery orders based on this experience. Meal type: Other Service: 1

It's a good bakery+confectionary in the locality. They also offer fast food and other food items. In comparison to other local bakeries it is much better. The taste is also not bad. Chef House is all about show-off! Their interior design is impressive, but the food is a complete disappointment. I tried their crispy wings, and they had no flavor at all the crispiness tasted like plain wheat instead of proper wings. The pizza was even worse totally ridiculous.And let’s talk about the prices they’re higher than usual, even compared to restaurants in the capital. If they’re charging that much, the food should be outstanding, but sadly, it’s far from it. Meal type: Other Price per person: Rs 500–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
