Service was amazing, everything came out quick, I got the skillet and it was delicious! Shrimp, pork, a poached egg, potatoes, house made hollandaise and house sauce.. ingredients seem simple enough but it the preparation that is impressive every morsel is flavorful and delicious! Peruvian flared food from a real Peruvian chef! Absolutely the best meal I have had in a long time. I had the chicharrones sandwich. The bread was soft and crusty, the pork was tender and flavorful, and the sauces tasted fresh. Paublo the server was great and explained everything on the menu. This is truly a hidden gem in the alley. I absolutely recommend Chef Joe Brunch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
