The food is incredibly expensive for what it is. Presentation is not anything special, portions are small and preparation is very mediocre. Service forgot orders more than three times. They gave extra deserts we didn't order and added it on the bill. I would say the price/quality ratio is one of the worst I've ever had in my life. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The food is amazing, very tasty and well prepared, the fish is very good and the deserts are brilliant. Strongly recommend if you want to have dinner, lunch, or breakfast in amazing environment, with nice waiters and hosts that are paying attention to you and your experience. I visit Chef Resat two or three times per week, and it has become my go-to place for consistently great fish in Sofia—the seafood is always fresh, perfectly grilled, and never overcomplicated, whether it’s sea bass, bream, or one of the chef’s specials, while the balance of Mediterranean and Turkish flavors adds just the right character without overpowering the quality of the ingredients; the atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, the service is attentive without being intrusive, and overall it’s one of those rare spots where you know exactly what you’ll get every time—reliable, high-quality food that keeps you coming back.
