One of the best evenings in our home thanks to having the pleasure of Chef Rudy’s cooking! His amazing talent shines with each bite taken. He brought traditional dishes to life with modern flavors & our party of six loved every single bite of our multiple courses. Seasoning was spot on for each dish. Bonus is his personality & heart he brings with each meal. Was fortunate to as well have this meal paired with exceptional wine pairings & knowledge from Geneva restaurant, The James! Chris with The James worked with Chef Rudy to accompany each sip & bite to be perfectly matched together.

Jessica and I were so thrilled hiring Chef Rudy Galindo to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary this year. Chef Rudy was the best chef we’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring for a special event. He was such a pleasure to work with and so responsive. He answered any questions we had right away. When he got here, he already brought everything he needed from cookware to plating, and of course, the food. We didn’t have to buy or prepare anything ahead of time – he took care of everything. After the dinner, he cleaned up the kitchen and brought all the dirty dishes home with him – nothing for us to clean! The dinner he prepared was unbelievable. Everything was so delicious, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Portions were perfect and we were quite full at the end of the meal. I cannot recommend Chef Rudy enough! He greatly exceeded all our expectations! He is so passionate about food and was dedicated to making our night a hit. He was so professional, easy going, and just overall a very nice guy. He really went the extra mile to make our anniversary extra special, and truly unforgettable. We will happily invite him back again next year and would love to introduce him to all our friends.

We enjoyed a private dinner with Chef Rudy creating the most incredible menu. The food was absolutely fabulous. His creative twist and plate presentation were impressive. Everything served was better than the previous course! Very efficient in our kitchen and as he brought his own dishes there was zero clean up for us! Highly recommend for a special night.
