Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent dinner experience. We appreciate your perspective on the food and our staff, though it doesn't fully align with our understanding of the night. To clarify, not everyone dining with you ordered their meals at the same time, the last meal was placed separately after everyone else at your table (due to being in-decisive on what to order); this meant other patrons had ordered in between, hence their meals were prepared before the last person who ordered at your table. This resulted in a delay for its arrival. Our Chef provided a cash refund for this meal, however needed to get back to the kitchen as it was in the middle of service on a busy night (as you rightly indicated). Our team members are generally known for their friendly service, though it can be challenging to maintain a cheerful demeanour when approached in a confronting manner. We still appreciate the time you have made to provide us your feedback, it is important to us as we strive to improve. We'd love the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.
