Had a kids birthday party at the Ice Plex. To book a party room you need to order from Chefs. We ordered in advance some pizzas for 12-noon. Once we got access to the party room, my wife went up to confirm the pizza order at 11:30. The pizzas were already cooked and just sitting there getting warmed. No idea when they got baked. Then these same pizzas were served to us 30 minutes later. They had been sitting in the boxes getting soggy long enough that we were having difficulty peeling the slices off of the waxy parchment paper under the pizza ruining most of the pizzas. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This place is terrible! I'd be upset that they're never open except I really don't want to go there anyways. Don't believe the hours, says they're open right now and I just left the rink and they are definitely not open. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
