Okay, so I went to that place in Tokyo – 1-chōme-16-2 Kaigan, Minato City – for the dinner buffet. It was pretty busy, lots of people! The chef’s live kitchen was amazing, really cool to watch them make the sushi and tempura. I thought the roast beef was seriously the star of the show, perfectly tender. They had a good selection of desserts too, I especially liked the parfaits. Honestly, the price felt a bit high for the portion sizes, but the included drinks were a nice bonus. Maybe a little more bread would have been good, just a small thing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chef's Live Kitchen offers a fantastic buffet with lots of variety. The real highlight is the live cooking station, where you can get fresh sushi and tempura made right in front of you.
