Very frustrated with very unprofessional company, would not EVER recommend to anyone. Just got up this morning to $244 gone from my account and they are saying they can't refund it back to me. Now it's Friday, and i have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a manager to call me back. I'm a mother of 3 and that was my money for school lunches and dinners for all next week. Very frustrated and very displeased with this company, will never use again. Food: 1 Service: 1

Dear Sir/Madam, We have recently arrived in Canada, and it is very cold here. I came to ask for help, but since I do not speak English, I used Google Translate to write my request. They told me that they cannot provide direct help, but a lady gave me a card with a contact number. She told me to call the number for help with my daughter. I tried sending an email to the address on the card, but the email was returned, and it said the message could not be delivered. Since I do not speak English well, I would appreciate it if you could kindly guide me on how to register my daughter to receive food assistance. Thank you for your time and help. Sincerely, Jamila Salihi Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Over charged without informing. They preselected your meal with out asking dietary restrictions and when you choose a different meal they is nothing saying additional charges until you check your credit card statements. This is not ok and horrible customer service. Don’t wast your time and money with chefs plate! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
