I have had the honor of attending the cooking show by chef Francisco Jerez and his Chefsworking team at the university. I have also seen him several times on Tele Antioquia and he seemed like an excellent teacher. Very loved person at the university and in the city of Medellín. Without a doubt, the chef's knowledge gave us the best gastronomic experience.
