Decided to give Chen Garden another try after new managent took over and the Masaman Chicken was not as good as with the old owners, sauce did not have enough coconut milk. The spring rolls are pricy, but are very fresh and filled very well. Everything was OK until we heard the waitress at another table ask for a tip. When we got ready to leave, the waiter was right in back of my friend watching how much of a tip he was leaving. Now what tops it off, the waiter comes to me and says what am I giving him for a tip for exceptional service, well guess what, he gets nothing for asking me for a tip. They should make this illegal for waiters and waitresses to ask a customer for tips. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

do not go on the prices on their take out menu,they are 30 to 50 per cent higher. i ordrered 5 beef ribs which should have been 6.55 they charged me 10.00 they should update their prices,im going to lok elsewhere,plus they have trouble taking your order over the phone
