The menu of Chinese cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful at this place. That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked sweet & sour chicken, crabs and hot & sour soup. This restaurant is suitable for people who have supper on the go because they can order food as a takeaway. If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is nice at Chen's Chinese Restaurant. Cool service is something clients agree upon here. Most guests mention that prices are average for what you get. There is a homey atmosphere and spectacular decor at this place. This spot is ranked 4 within the Google grading system.

We've been coming here for 12 years but in the last six months the quality of the food has gone down significantly. Very little meat was included in the broccoli beef and the chicken chow mein was almost completely celery. I'm sad to say we won't be ordering from here anymore. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered general sow chicken and shrimp and Mongolian chicken and it only came with one small container of white rice and with almost $40 I get home almost 20 miles away open up my food containers to find out I get sweet and sour chicken instead of general sow chicken and the one little small container of rice. And when I called it in they said 15 or 20 minutes I get there 15 minutes after I called and they tell me it's going to be another 15 to 20 minutes to to not get everything I even ordered!!! Not happy
