They do a very gourmet thinly sliced pork over rice soup. The broth is made fresh and without soy sauce so it is safe to have. Same with the pork that is not marinated. They have noodles as well, but pick the rice bowls and the owner, Jeonghwan, has very good hygiene and prepared everything in front of you so you know there is no cross contamination. Highly recommended as a modern take on a traditional Korean food that you can safely eat with celiac disease.
