Father's day lunch with friends we don't see often. Dreading a huge queue with no booking facility. Didn't happen. Much bigger than I'd expected. Lots of space and lots of staff. Service a little slow but responded with a gentle nudge to take our order. We all had a roast dinner at £12.00. Arrived in a reasonable time frame. Not the best I've had but enjoyable. It's a cafe with a cafe atmosphere, not a restaurant. Found some clothing bargains in the EWM.
