Our first lunch experience at Cherubs yesterday, recommended by Ryan at Pommus, Margate. We were welcomed by Bella who was fab all the way through service. The menu yesterday was a choice from 5 starters, 5 mains and 3 desserts. Boudin noir with fig sauce and cured sardine were both delicious. Confit duck leg and lentils, so tasty, the duck meat fell apart and the lentil accompaniment worked very well. Pear and Pannacotta to finish was so light with a perfect wobble! A good idea unfortunately 4 out of 6 had a bad meal. 3 meals had to be sent back to kitchen Pork belly very tough also goat chop was tasty but chewy. The service was very good & we were given replacement meals. Dessert was tiramisu which was like custard in a bowl Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
