Michelin selection.
Good standard.

Even since opening as a ‘pop-up’ restaurant created by the Swiss-born manager back in 1965, Chesa has been the go-to place in town for those wanting authentic Swiss cuisine. The Alpine chalet-style décor more than compensates for the room’s lack of windows, while the menu covers all bases, offering fondue, raclette and the famous Chemin de Fer wines... More info

Last Christmas, I went to Chesa for a Christmas dinner. I was so happy that I went to the restaurant to have the same meal. I called them a set dinner. In fact, it was not very expensive, and they cost only one person. Dinner at Peninsula is really worth it, and the environment and decoration are all worth the price. Unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing. Every dish from the appetizer to the main course made me frown every time I put it in my mouth. It might not be to my liking, so I was a bit disappointed with the meal. Fortunately, The dessert chocolate cake is delicious, sweet but not overpowering, and the texture is soft, which can save points, but next time I will try it out and try the second restaurant on the peninsula‍ Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food was delicious as usual and the kids still loved the cheese fondue. The crab pancake and lamb rack are also delicious, and the set dinner is also delicious. It's just that the service has dropped a little: when making the reservation and confirming the booking, it was confirmed that the day was to celebrate a birthday, but in the end there was no birthday sign like in previous years; it was said that there would be a drink and meal order but I kept forgetting to pay. But it doesn't detract from the quality of their food, we will come back when we get the crab pancake and cheese fondue.
