We ordered fish and chips last night for delivery, expecting to wait half an hour, the food was here within 15 minutes, piping hot, freshly cooked. I've never seen such a big fish! The chips were fresh and homemade, peas were lovely too. We had a large battered sausage too which was lovely! Definitely using Cheshire fish bar again and highly recommended !! No longer live in Winsford but I picked up Large Chips, 2 Large Sausage, Large Peas and Large Gravy... Cost £13... Without doubt the worst takeaway I've had for a while. Chips 5/10, Sausage one mouthful and straight in the bin, overcooked and tasted like it had been in the warmer all day. The peas were very good and the Gravy was OK. Last time I purchased was about 5 years ago and was disappointed then, only tried today on a recommendation from family.
