Ok, so this one I have to talk about. Chet is a coffee shop which sells only coffee on it's menu (drip and whole beans). No cakes. No biscuits. Nada. I chose Ethiopia Yirgachefe (as you do), and boy do I miss amazing coffee. It's 600 JPY. Damn steep, but something I'm willing to pay for. I talked in broken Japanese about my country. He talked in broken English about his coffee. He served me service coffee which was his ice blended coffee brewed in a moka express. In the end, I came out with a lighter wallet, some goodies (dripper, filter, carafe, and coffee beans), and a new coffee friend. His filter coffee was clean and balanced. His moka pot blend was bitter was first, but turned sweet after it cooled down. Plus, the mouth feel was really good. The oily texture was smooth and pleasing and not overbearing.
