Only one thing needs be said (but I'll say more): The burger was actually chopped steak. And not thin, dry sliced steak, but moist & tender steak tips. What an awesome (and delicious) surprise! Came with fries & a salad, both of which were tasty also. My wife got the seared ahi tuna salad, and it was both filling & perfectly cooked. Wonderful meal for our last night in Biarritz!
