Came here for lunch on a rainy Wednesday 1pm after riding the Tokyo Monorail and wanting to find a spot close to Hamamatsucho Station. After walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor I was immediately met at the door by the very friendly and welcoming chef (owner?). Not being a Japanese-speaker, I was a little confused what was going on, but I quickly discovered that there was 1 set lunch being offered. No menu and no decisions to make on my end! I ended up having crab cream croquettes (served w/ ketchup), white rice, and a salad for 1200 yen. The food was very good, but the chef's friendliness and personality made the experience a 10/10 for me. He was extremely cordial and asked me where I was from, where I had been, etc. He did a great job making me feel a part of an otherwise very intimate and very Japanese lunch experience! A small cosy restaurant tucked on the 2nd floor. My family of 6 managed to get a seating and was warmly welcomed by chef nobu. One man show and he aced it like a champion. We didnt get photo of his special vegetable soup. Must to order. And of course chef nobu special family recipe brown sauce was the highlight of the night. other dishes were also executed amazingly! Thank you chef nobu. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Chez Nobu was a delight! Food was tasty and well prepared. Prices were reasonable for the amount and quality of food. The persimmon with prosciutto was especially tasty. We sat by the window and had a great view. We went early (around 6 pm) and had no issues getting a table. Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
