Loved the experience. Great food, quick and friendly service and a wonderful view. Would definitely recommend! especially for a family outing, seeing as there is a museum to visit. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: My sister is celiac and dad is on a no carb diet. they were very attentive to the matter especially for my sister’s allergy and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was good.

I had a really disappointing experience at Chez Pepe in Jbeil. The place was almost empty, and the manager’s attitude was just off. I simply asked if we could sit and have some drinks or if we had to order food, and he responded in a way that felt unwelcoming — almost as if he didn’t want to host us unless we were ordering a full meal. It wasn’t even about the rules, but the way he spoke was incredibly off-putting. The place had plenty of empty tables, yet the vibe felt more like we were a hassle than customers. I’ve never had such a poor experience in Jbeil before. Honestly, the worst service I’ve encountered in a while. Rating: 1/5. The manager’s behavior was the worst part — no warmth or hospitality. Definitely not coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
