We had the foie gras to start and it was amazing. We then had the escargots, so delicious. The chicken, the sole meunière, the shrimp scampi, the steak au poivre, the osso bucco everything was extraordinary. We were a party of 8 and had exceptional service by Thibaut. We went to Chez Vous Bistro for the first time tonight. We recently moved from Chicago, IL and love Le Bouchon, a traditional, fabulous french bistro. Chez Vous delighted and was every bit equal to our favorite french bistro in Chicago. The food was delicious and Alain, our bartender and server was very knowlegable and friendly. All in all, a wonderful surprise and meal in Stamford!
