Chez Yulin in Rouen was a happy discovery that serves a very impressive Spicy Chicken (辣子雞 Poulet Aux Piments) and a big portion of stir fry vegetables. We also ordered the Bibimbap, Gyoza, and Fried Prawns which I find them to be ordinary. This is a restaurant that we will go back for the Spicy Chicken dish.
