The atmosphere and service are good, however we had a really bad experience with the food and drinks. First we ordered a Chiaia Mula and it was a pre-prepared drink with nothing special. Second, we ordered a pasta with shrimp tartare and the pasta was passed the cooking point. Third, my husband found 2 strands of hair in his pasta. Not a good experience with food and really expensive for what offers. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dear Bárbara, we are quite surprised by your review, as it does not reflect what actually happened during the evening. We remember the table and can confirm that we do not serve any pre-prepared drinks, everything is freshly made. Furthermore, no complaints were raised at any point. If there had been an issue such as the one described, especially something as serious as finding hair in a dish, it would have been immediately reported and handled by our staff. No dishes were sent back and nothing was left on the plates. On the contrary, all other guests that evening were very satisfied, and many expressed their intention to return.
