I'm going to be honest, this is by far the best Chinese restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of eating at! I have been trying to eat my way through the menu (still a long way to go. They have an extensive and amazing menu to choose from), and I'm constantly blown away with the many different flavors that they dish out. Hometown Taste uses Szechuan peppers to really enhance those spice levels. They don't mess around when you order a spicy dish, and you will feel your mouth tingle with each and every bite. Their Hometown Hot Chicken is definitely a wild ride and worth the heat! I would highly recommend this dish if you're looking for spicy crispy chicken with all the right flavors combined. They also have an excellent lunch special that runs daily from 11:00 to 3:00, which includes your choice of dish, either white or BBQ pork fried rice, and choice of egg flower soup or hot and sour soup. It's such an amazing deal, great price point, and you'll definitely have leftovers (depending on how hungry you are that day .) The staff are so lovely and attentive with their customers. You can taste the love and care put into each dish. I seriously dream about eating here when I'm not there! That's how good this place is! I can't wait to go back and try some of the many other dishes that they offer. Please keep rocking it out, Hometown Taste!
