They routinely get orders wrong. Most recently, they tried to charge us for their mistake, despite admitting "confusion" on their part. They made it right, but it took convincing. Go up the road to the St. Ann one. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The lady that was taking the order outside, was complaining about another customer on her mic. When I pulled up I had to speak to her. I kept giving her my order with repeatedly and scanning my things. She said she was discombobulated, which I understand, but I get to work in the two dressing that I ordered for my salad was not in there so I’m at work with no lunch. All these Chick-fil-A's Steart out great all the way around. But now the more there are they are like any other places, Slow and don't care. And serving Tyson chicken made me be done. Cans has real chicken they have raised for the restaurants. For replacements u must download their app. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
