I really want to give them grace based solely on being new but I just can't. I've experienced too many chic fila establishments that have it all the way together but unfortunately this one does not. 4.0 stars is wild. If I can read on my receipt/sticker what I ordered I kind of expect the employees to put what I ordered in the damn bag. It's been countless times of not getting what I order, from going in person to ordering doordash. How do you miss putting a WHOLE meal in a bag thats listed on a ticket? The mobile order line should definitely be moving faster than those just hopping in line as well. I hope than can get it together. Price per person: USD 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2
