Martin made our experience the most enjoyable we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. He takes great pride in his job and serving others. We complimented him and he gave praise to the manager that hired him , got him a peppermill and fresh flowers for the dining room. We were traveling through and thought we’d stop for a quick bite. I wish this was my hometown Chick-fil-A, I’d go to see Martin everyday. What a bright light in a dark world. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Marvin is by far the friendliest and most welcoming food service worker I have met in the last 30 years. He was very professional and asked if there was anything else I needed. He should be in charge of training at Corporate. Thanks again Marvin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pulled up at 10:29, the guy came to the car at 10:30 when we ordered breakfast online at 10:25 and when we pulled up they said we couldn’t get our breakfast that we already ordered because at 10:30 they don’t have any more - that’s literally just not true. He said “you can go get Denny’s” ummm what? I already don’t like chick fil a but my friend wanted to go, and im not coming back again. The company is supposed to be known for good customer service and your reputation is changing ew and all your bad reviews are about bad service or nasty food this isn’t a good look at all Service: 1
