This location has very poor customer service, which is very unexpected for a Chick-fil-A location. I was very nice to the person who took my order as I am usually because I have worked in various customer service position so I know how servicing a customer who is polite can go along way, but that’s here nor there I started my conversation off with hi how are you doing and I was met back with “name for the order” which is fine, a little rude, but fine. I understand sometimes you don’t have time to engage in conversation during a rush, no problem. I go along to ordering my salad and was asked what dressings I want. I answered politely and ordered a large lemonade. Once I settled in to eat I realize that no dressing came with my salad, which is odd because I don’t think people eat salad dry, and the large lemonade was unsweetened, which I did not request. I don’t know if, it was chaotic in there or what but come one dry salad?! I’m usually really easy to accommodate and usually don’t get too worked up over things like this, as the unsweetened lemonade I could easily just put sugar in at home but to eat salad with no dressing is kind of insane and it’s hard to believe that they would forget the most important part. Parking: Not enough regular parking. Most of the parking is reserved for Uber eats etc.. So, you really have no choice but to go through the drive thru which is way too busy, and with two lives wrapped around the building.
