Excellent service, super clean, and a hit with kids! This North Decatur Chick-fil-A location is consistently top-tier. The dining room is spacious, incredibly clean, and well-lit. If you have small kids, the indoor playroom is a massive plus and always seems well-maintained. The service here is just as polite and attentive as you’d expect from the franchise, and the food comes out fast and piping hot. They even have a neat little delivery robot that brings food to the tables inside, which is a fun touch! It gets crowded during peak lunch hours, but the staff handles the volume effortlessly. So I do a drive thru order, I get to the window and lady tells me to drive up and park in the front. 6 vehicles behind me get their order, I’m still waiting in my vehicle. I look through my mirror and see the lady peak her head outside and goes right back inside. I had to go inside to get my drive thru orderthen I get “I don’t really actually care” I’m sorry for the inconvenience Service: 1

I absolutely love this location now. I stopped visiting for a while because of a few negative experiences, but Marina reached out personally and completely turned things around. She truly cared about making things right, and that meant a lot to me. Because of her excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be a regular again!
